Associates assume key roles on several firm-wide committees:

Hiring Committee -- Associates perform an invaluable role in the screening and recruitment process. Of the 14 attorneys on the Hiring Committee, four are associates.

Associate Liaison Committee -- Brown Rudnick’s Chief Administrative Officer and nine associates meet regularly to address associate issues and to communicate to associates business issues at the firm.

Summer Program Committee -- Seven associates are active participants of the Summer Program Committee. The Committee works closely with the Summer Associates to create a challenging and fulfilling summer work experience.

Pro Bono Committee -- Three associates sit on the nine-member Pro Bono Committee. The Committee works in conjunction with the Brown Rudnick Center for the Public Interest, which encompasses all of the firm’s pro bono legal work, charitable giving, community involvement and public interest efforts.
